This, the largest piece I’ve ever created, was painted as part of my solo exhibition at Yorkshire Sculpture Park 2022.

Table To Tide . A Yorkshire Conversation was also the largest body of work I had ever created with 61 paintings in total along with painted plates and town of wooden huis.

On The Table is a transitional work as I felt it tied together my love of painting along with my design background, part art, part illustration, part design all combined in this piece and paved a way of working I never thought I would venture. Inspired by collected ‘stuff’ from the studio a still life formed paying homage to special keepsakes and influences.

This is also the very LAST piece available from the collection - it was my intention to keep it but space is short and it has lived with me for a while, time for a new home…
