Gallery Collections
On this page you will find details of the galleries I work with along with past collections of solo exhibitions.
The Old School Gallery
I have had the pleasure of exhibiting with the Old School Gallery, Alnmouth, since 2018. A wonderful place and space showcasing a diverse mix of makers, creators and artists. As well as regularly displaying original works by me, you can now purchase prints too. All inspired by the magnificent Northumberland coast.
I had the remarkable privilege of creating a solo collection for the gallery in April 2024 which received a tremendously overwhelming reaction and sold out. Fifty six paintings along with little wooden huis buildings and painted vintage plates all celebrating everything that I love about Alnmouth and the surrounding Northumberland area - The Land Where I Belong paid tribute to this special place that resonates with so many. Our home from home.
Morgans of Falmouth
I’m proud to display work at the beautiful Morgans gallery in Falmouth. Pieces that are very much inspired by our family holiday adventures in and around this wonderful part of Cornwall. From bustling town scenes of higgledy piggledy houses to grand beaches of Porthcurno with it’s sesame seed sand…very special memories.
This link will take you directly to Morgans and I also recommend checking out the rest of the exhibition of beautiful, bright and bold work by an amazing selection of artists and creatives.
Yorkshire Sculpture Park
Back in the summer of 2022 I had the great honour of presenting a solo collection of work at YSP all inspired by my marvellous home county of Yorkshire. The body of work was primarily inspired by the lockdown and the restrictions placed upon us, so that even a day trip to a favourite coastal destination on a whim became out of the question. Local walks were our daily inspiration, the allotments down the road, the change in season in the back garden, window views…Hence, Table To Tide - A Yorkshire Conversation evolved, a story of missed places I hold dear to me and the joy of exploring them again once we were allowed.
My largest exhibition to date, along with the 61 paintings, a village of wooden huis and painted vintage plates, the body of work received such wonderful support and I shall be forever grateful for the opportunity. As well as the original pieces we also collaborated on a range of merchandise which was a wonderful addition to the exhibition, from a jigsaw to tote bag, ceramic plate to tea towels, what a joy to design and illustrate this range.
Since then I have also created a range of illustrations for their food and drink labels, all inspired the grounds, buildings and nature to be found at YSP - now availbale at the gallery shops at YSP and online too.
Below is an online catalogue of the whole collection created for Table To Tide - A Yorkshire Conversation, hope you enjoy a browse…
Zillah Bell Gallery
A much loved and admired gallery based in Thirsk and so proud to have had my first small collection of works there this summer, 2024. This bodes well for a solo exhibition in August 2025, watch this space for more news!
